Dana White coming to CFFC 63

UFC President Dana White will be in attendance at Cage Fury Fighting Championships 63, set for the Borgota Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey this Saturday Feb. 18, 2017.

The president and his show “Dana White: Lookin’ for a Fight” will be scouting out talent on the CFFC card.

Many fighters took to social media to announce the news.

“Thanks for all the support in advance and Dana White will be in attendance!” CFFC Lightweight Stephen Regman (5-3 MMA, 4-2 CFFC) said via Facebook.

“Five tickets remaining for this weekend cffc.tv, Dana White will be there to watch me whoop that ass #ufc,” CFFC Featherweight Bill Algeo wrote via Facebook. 

Streaming on UFC Fight Pass, the show is in its second season. White, along with former UFC fighters Matt Serra and Din Thomas, visit different states throughout the country to find future talent for the UFC.

In the second episode of season one, Dana White visited Ring of Combat 53 at Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey Nov. 20, 2015. The episode featured a third-round spinning back fist knockout from Brian Kelleher.

In the co-main event, the now UFC welterweight Randy Brown finished Robert Plotkin with a knee, knocking out his opponent in the very first round to defend his ROC title.

CFFC 63 features three title bouts. In the main event, champion Zu Anyanwu (12-4 MMA, 8-2 CFFC) defends his belt again challenger Shawn Teed (3-0 MMA, 3-0 CFFC).

In the featherweight division, Jared Gordon (11-1 MMA, 7-1 CFFC) looks to defend his belt for the first time against Bill Algeo (8-2 MMA, 6-1 CFFC). Ahmet Kayretli (6-1 MMA, 0-0 CFFC) will try and take the belt from current champion and UFC Bantamweight Nick Pace (7-3 MMA, 1-0 CFFC).
