The NJ MMA News Podcast is back after a week hiatus with episode four.

One of the newest members of the UFC, Joe Solecki joins us on the Air. He is fresh off a first-round submission victory against Jesse Wallace on Dan White’s Contender Series on July 9.

Solecki talks about being signed by the UFC, the build up before and what it means a part of the top MMA promotion in the world.

Connor recaps his time at Professional Fight League 5 on July 25. Featherweight’s Alex Gilpin and Lance Palmer open up about their bouts. 

Gilpin discusses how his time in the PFL and Contender Series prepared him for this moment. Palmer talks about his dad, first-career TKO win and about training with Mark Henry at Nick Catone MMA
